NEW IN 2014 … WE’RE MOVING!

2013 was an incredible year for Laura Borkenhagen Photography and also a special year for our family.  

 

In 2013… 

• We photographed more sessions than any previous year.
• We welcomed our first child to our family, Naomi Nicole arrived July 11th
• Laura quit her corporate job, making photography her full time gig. Yikes!

And most importantly,

• Our home in Howards Grove sold after over a year on the market… which means, WE’RE MOVING!

  

We are happy to announce we will be raising our little family in Wauwatosa, WI. This also means Laura Borkenhagen Photography is moving too!

 

Already booked?

If you have already book a session with us (your wedding or are part of the babies first year package), nothing changes. We are traveling to you for your sessions!


Looking to work with us in the future?
We plan to focus our portrait photography (seniors, maternity, newborn, kids and family) on Milwaukee and Ozaukee County. For weddings, we will continue to travel all over Wisconsin! Typically if a wedding is more than 1 hour away we charge a small travel fee to cover our time and gas.  


We want to send out a special thank you to Sheboygan County. When starting the photo business in 2009, we didn’t know many people in the Sheboygan area. You embraced us, believed in us, and helped us get to where we are today. I hope some of you are willing to meet us at a park for an outdoor session in Ozaukee County!

For those of you in our ‘new territory’, Ozaukee County, Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Glendale, Whitefish Bay, Shorewood… we are looking forward to getting to know you! Check out our website and facebook page and let's plan for a spring time photo session.

NEWBORN LITTLE BOY, SO PERFECT!

I love newborn photography! Mom and Dad are just so happy (and exhausted) but so happy. Baby is so small, innocent, and perfect. Props are fun, but really not even needed because it's so easy to get lost in the beauty of a miracle.  

This shoot was no different, a perfect little boy!  

Little nose, small hands, eyes squeezed shut ... perfection!

I know first hand how pregnancy can make you feel like you are living in someone else's body! You just don't feel like yourself both on the inside, and when looking in the mirror. I still think it is so important to document this wonderful time of life! 

Make a family member be your photographer... or hire a professional photographer... but be sure to cherish the beauty of a pregnant belly that fills a home with anticipation, wonder, and complete awe of the miracle taking place right before your eyes!
